POSITION – Kitting / Warehouse Associate
JOB LOCATION – Cedarburg, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm
STARTING PAY – $20 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Stand-up forklift experience required
In this role, you will be responsible for kitting, picking orders, building pallets, and preparing materials for shipment in a warehouse environment. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklift to move, stage, and organize materials
- Pick and kit customer orders accurately based on work orders
- Build and wrap pallets for safe and efficient shipment
- Crate and prepare finished items for outgoing deliveries
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and efficiency throughout daily tasks
Qualifications
- Must have prior stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or kitting experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
