Position – Floor Installer/Finisher
Job Location – Grafton, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $18-$20 depending on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating floor grinders, shot blasters, and floor finishing machines, and possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position requires physical stamina and a willingness to travel for project assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finish concrete and epoxy floors using floor grinders and shot blasters.
- Operate and maintain heavy floor finishing machines
- Assist the crew with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
- Haul trash and debris from worksites (up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
- Travel for out-of-town projects, typically for one-week durations (2-5 times per year), with all expenses paid.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concrete or epoxy floor finishing.
- Proficiency in operating floor grinders and shot blasters.
- Ability to operate heavy floor finishing machines (on wheels).
- Physical ability to lift and haul up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
