Local Appleton manufacturer seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join their team. This role involves handling inventory, preparing orders, and delivering products to customers in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to excellent customer service.
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Delivery Duties:
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
- Deliver products to customers on assigned routes
- Verify delivery orders and obtain signatures when required
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Follow traffic laws and company driving policies
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically 50 lbs)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
- Combination of warehouse setting and on-the-road driving
- May involve exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries
- Requires standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time M-F 8am-4:30pm
- $20 (based on experience)
