Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and accurate Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with the sales team to ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This is a fast-paced role that requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to balance data entry with professional phone communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Collaborate with the sales department to create, verify, and enter all incoming orders into the system.
- Data Entry: Maintain a high level of accuracy while inputting client data, pricing, and shipping information.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for incoming calls, providing professional assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized digital and physical files to ensure the sales cycle runs smoothly.
