- Proven experience in commercial construction project management and site safety
- Strong knowledge of miscellaneous metal fabrication processes, welding techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- OSHA 10 safety certification - REQUIRED
- OSHA 30 safety certification - Preferred
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must maintain first aid and CPR certification.
