- Experienced in fence installation and project management.
- Have general knowledge of the construction industry.
- Must be well organized and able to manage multiple projects and personalities.

- Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Conduct detailed assessments of project sites to determine fence installation requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, asrchitects, and construction teams to understand project specifications and expectations.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the installation projects.
- Generate comprehensive project proposals.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of fence installation projects, from planning to completion.
- Procure necessary materials.
- Develop and maintain project schedule.
- Regularly communicate project status updates to clients and internal teams.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Provide clear instructions and guidance to installation teams.
- Always promote safety and quality.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure fence installations meet our standards, local codes, and client specifications.
- Conduct inspections to guarantee the quality of workmanship and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Must complete 1 hour of continued education a quarter.
