What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Aftercare Teacher position at Seeds Of Wonder?
Seeds of Wonder (SoW) is a nature based Montessori Preschool for children ages 18 mos - 5 years, located in the Kittery Community Center. Our hours of operation are M-F from 8am-3:30, with an additional 3:30 - 5 pm Aftercare Program.
We are currently seeking upbeat, kind, and responsible individuals with childcare and outdoor ed. experience as AfterCaregivers. Your role would be to care for children in the program’s indoor and outdoor spaces. Duties would include but are not limited to: supervising outdoor Forest School independent free play, helping with snacks, assisting children getting outdoor gear on, and upholding a Montessori approach to child engagement.
