What You'll Do
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the classroom as needed, ensuring a seamless educational experience for students.
- Build strong relationships with children and families in your assigned classroom, fostering a sense of community and trust.
- Provide a clean, consistent, and positive environment for the children in your care, promoting their physical, emotional, and social growth.
- Be prepared to adapt to on-call needs or scheduled staff time off, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to our team's well-being.
Requirements
- To be at least 18 Years of age
- To have your High School Diploma
- To be capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children
- To have experience working with children
- A willingness to work a flexible schedule
- To complete the following trainings/ requirements:
- CPR and First Aid
Benefits
- Benefits are not available to part-time employees.
- Salary: $150 per day (8 hour shift) *would be pro-rated based on hours worked if less than 8 hours.
