About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Barista to help guide our team and maintain high standards of coffee quality, service, and hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in creating a welcoming space for guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support baristas during service
- Ensure beverage quality and consistency
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive café atmosphere
- Assist with training new team members
- Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Lead Barista experience required
- Strong espresso and coffee knowledge
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Must be available to work Sunday–Wednesday
