What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Professional position at Seedlinks Behavior Management, LLC?
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
- Other accepted licensures: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Medical Doctor (MD), or Registered Nurse (RN) with appropriate mental health certification.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of at least 8 staff members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight & Leadership
- Provide supervision, guidance, and professional development to a multidisciplinary team of at least 8 staff.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational mental health regulations.

Assessment & Treatment Planning
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and treatment teams.

Therapeutic Intervention
- Provide evidence-based counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention to individuals, families, and groups.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans as necessary to ensure quality care.

- Oversee daily operations of assigned programs or units, including scheduling, case assignments, and workflow management.
