Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, MS, for a Chief Communications Officer at BIT Solutions. The Chief Communications Officer will be responsible for designing and executing company-wide communication strategies, fostering strong relationships with media outlets, managing press engagements, and ensuring consistent corporate messaging internally and externally. The role will also involve oversight of communication-related initiatives, aligning messaging with corporate goals, and delivering effective strategies to strengthen the company’s brand and reputation.
Qualifications
- Experience in Press Relations and Media Relations
- Proficiency in Strategic Communications and Corporate Communications
- Strong oral and written Communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Experience in crisis communication and handling public relations challenges is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
