Role Summary
Seedbed, Inc. is hiring a Funds Receiving Relations Coordinator for the Farm Team. This role stewards the provision received from the Seed Team (friends who partner in Seedbed's mission as "sowers") by coordinating fund-receiving efforts and maintaining relationships. The goal is to make every Seed Team member feel like a true mission partner, ensuring efficient systems support Seedbed's extravagant mission: Waking up to Jesus, Growing up in Our faith and Showing up in the world as activated agent-sowers for awakening.
Key Responsibilities
- System Stewardship: Manage sower records and communications precisely; track and acknowledge all gifts with honor.
- Narrative of Fruitfulness: Partner with Marketing to share stories of the "fruit" from the Seed Team, highlighting awakened lives.
- Extravagant Gratitude: Collaborate with the Farm Team on "thank you" opportunities and gatherings that reflect Jesus' lavish love, making gratitude organizational DNA.
- Data Reporting: Provide the Leadership Team with clear, actionable data reports.
- Sower Engagement: Actively listen to and walk in relationship with Seedbed's Sowers via surveys and calls to understand the giver and Holy Spirit's stirring.
Required Qualifications
- A deep, burning desire to help people wake up to Jesus.
- Skilled in CRMs with donor management software being a plus
- Ability to travel to Franklin, TN quarterly for all team gatherings. May require travel for dinners, conferences, and others events as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Integrity, professionalism, and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
- A spirit of hospitality and experience with event coordination to help with dinners and gatherings.
- Analytical mindset and love for organizing data because it helps steward God’s provision.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in Google Workspace
- Ability to work remotely with excellence and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the giving world, fundraising, support raising, etc.
- Experience in the EOS Traction
