Worship Leader
Reports to: Lead pastor
Works with: tech, creative team,
Primary Role: The primary focus of the worship leader is to create an engaging atmosphere for worship towards God.
Employee Profile: You love Jesus and people. We are a Bible believing, bible teaching and preaching church. Do you have a passion to create an atmosphere of worship that will lead people to grow in their worship. You are creative in cultivating worship experiences. You can sing traditional as well as contemporary genres of gospel music. You have a discipline in your devotion to God. You work well with others and are willing to build a team. We're looking for someone who can grow with the mission and vision of S.E.E.D..

Responsibilities:
- Create the weekly, monthly, quarterly execution plan for worship for S.E.E.D Church
- Communicate and has a working relationship with other departments concerning worship (Pastor, tech)
- Aim for a standard of excellence
- Willing to serve in other areas to help church growth (Bible study, church events,ect)
- Recap and discuss highs and lows of worship ministry
- Has the ability to draw and recruit others to be a part of the worship team
- Build a song list for S.E.E.D Church
- Provide ongoing opportunities to train volunteers and leaders

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
