We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Account Manager and Orthotic Fitter to join our medical equipment (DME) team. Duties
- Help Maintain inventory inside and outside the store
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Fitting patients with medical equipment/braces.
- Support inside sales efforts by helping with inventory.
- Maintain accurate data entry/Computer knowledge is a must.
- Being able to multi-task.
- Accounts Payable.
- Very busy office during ski season.
- Rotating on call in the evenings for ER fittings during ski season.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Data entry accuracy coupled with proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation
- Time management skills that enable prioritization of tasks efficiently throughout the workday
