As a Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face that guides our valued customers through their shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases to enhance their shopping experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management duties
- Process sales transactions efficiently using retail software and perform basic math calculations for pricing and change
- Master product knowledge and seasonal offerings, store policies, and product features to provide accurate information
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and stocked to create an inviting environment for shoppers
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred
- Strong skills in cash handling, cashiering, and retail math with proficiency in basic math operations
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude towards customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for pricing and cash management purposes
- Maintain personal hygeine standards in accordance with See's policies
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed
