What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, mini-splits, and package units
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• EPA Certification preferred
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
