About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager at Dot Ai, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting our product vision to real-world execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our features meet customer needs, scale with our platform, and deliver meaningful outcomes. You’ll act as a key connector between the product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams—ensuring everyone has the context they need to drive forward. With a strong understanding of our users and how they interact with our product, you'll help shape what we build and how we deliver it.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product features, customer workflows, and industry use cases.
- Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories and documentation in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.
- Collect, synthesize, and prioritize customer feedback from cross-functional partners to drive product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA to ensure development efforts align with intended outcomes and user needs.
- Lead feature documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, training guides, release notes, and internal FAQs.
- Conduct pre-release functional testing to validate usability and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups.
- Support onboarding and customer escalations as a product expert, offering insight into system behavior and limitations.
- Analyze product usage trends and customer feedback to surface new opportunities for improvement or innovation.
- Support onboarding and internal training for new employees interacting with the product.
Who You Are
- You have at least 2 years of experience in product management, support, QA, or business analysis within a software environment.
- You understand the product development lifecycle and agile workflows and are comfortable navigating between user needs and technical constraints.
- You communicate clearly—whether drafting acceptance criteria, presenting product insights, or explaining complex workflows.
- You’re highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
- You’re data-driven and curious, eager to dig into product usage or customer behavior to surface insights.
- You can speak both "tech" and "business" fluently, bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and engineering.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or cloud-based enterprise systems
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, or asset tracking
- Exposure to QA testing, technical support, or customer onboarding
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration tools
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-PBA is a plus
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
