If you're curious, detail-oriented, and excited to bring clarity to complexity, this is the opportunity to grow your product skillset while making a tangible impact.

You’ll act as a key connector between the product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams—ensuring everyone has the context they need to drive forward. With a strong understanding of our users and how they interact with our product, you'll help shape what we build and how we deliver it.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on product features, customer workflows, and industry use cases.
  • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories and documentation in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.
  • Collect, synthesize, and prioritize customer feedback from cross-functional partners to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA to ensure development efforts align with intended outcomes and user needs.
  • Lead feature documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, training guides, release notes, and internal FAQs.
  • Conduct pre-release functional testing to validate usability and ensure readiness for deployment.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups.
  • Support onboarding and customer escalations as a product expert, offering insight into system behavior and limitations.
  • Analyze product usage trends and customer feedback to surface new opportunities for improvement or innovation.
  • Support onboarding and internal training for new employees interacting with the product.

  • You’re highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
  • You’re data-driven and curious, eager to dig into product usage or customer behavior to surface insights.
  • You can speak both "tech" and "business" fluently, bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and engineering.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, or asset tracking
  • Exposure to QA testing, technical support, or customer onboarding
