Lead Our Outdoor Marketing Crew!
See Clear Tree and Property Services is hiring a Crew Leader. If you are highly active, love being outside, and want full-time hours, this job is for you!
The Details:
- Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30pm
- Environment: 100% outdoors, moving daily.
What You Will Do
- Drive the crew to assigned neighborhood routes in South Jersey in our company vehicle.
- Distribute flyers door-to-door with the team.
- Manage daily logistics, lunch and crew breaks.
- Keep the team energized, organized, and on track.
Who We Are Looking For
- Team Communicator: Professional, clear, and positive communication
- Endurance: Physically able to walk 10–15 miles a day.
- Driver: Valid license and comfortable driving the crew.
- Leader: Reliable, self-motivated, and great with people.
- Requirements: Previous leadership role, comfortable talking to homeowners when the opportunity arises and working in the elements.
