Sedona Waterproofing Solutions is growing and looking for motivated, driven sales professionals to join our team. We specialize in crawlspace waterproofing, drainage systems, foundation repair, and structural solutions throughout the Charlotte area.
We are looking for closers — individuals who are confident meeting with homeowners, building trust, and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes.
Construction, waterproofing, or crawlspace knowledge is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate.

Training Includes:• Classroom training• In-field hands-on training• Product and sales system education• Customer communication and estimating
Responsibilities:• Meet with homeowners and inspect issues• Educate customers on waterproofing and foundation solutions• Prepare estimates and close sales• Build trust and maintain professionalism• Work closely with operations and installation crews• Follow up with customers as needed
Qualifications:• Sales experience preferred• Construction or crawlspace knowledge is a plus• Strong communication skills• Self-motivated and goal-oriented• Ability to close deals confidently• Valid driver’s license required
