POSITION TITLE: Restaurant Server
REPORTS TO: General Manager/ Management Company Representatives/ Owner
POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure service at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department.
CULINARY CURATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.
§ To ensure that guests receive high quality service.
§ To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with
§ To be responsible for his or her own results
§ Collaborated with the kitchen through POS and verbally to maximize the customer satisfaction
§ Utilized a personal system to organize customers' orders and provide excellent service
§ Acquired loyal customers and received outstanding reviews
§ Worked within a team environment to coordinate guests' entire dining experience.
§ Constructed impressive statements describing daily specials.
§ Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the menu
§ Answer all questions about beverages and the food
§ Prepare the bills for beverages and meals ordered, take the cash and make change, and then balance daily transactions
§ Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more
§ Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness
§ Apply safety regulations
§ Comply with equipment usage guidelines
§ Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant
§ Ensure your work area is clean
§ Organize your work and work area professionally
§ Clean and clear the dining room tables
§ Do all other tasks as required by the supervisor

§ Is responsible for opening and closing duties to open and close the dining room and kitchen for service.
