What are the responsibilities and job description for the HEAVY Laborer/Inbound position at Sedona Staffing Services?
Local Edgerton company seeking Material Handlers starting ASAP
WAGE: $18 / hour (potentially higher wage for those forklift certified)
SHIFT: 10am to 6:30p with overtime sometimes up to 8:30pm and/or Sat mornings. (Potential opportunity to move to a 6am shift depends on business needs.)
LOCATION: EDGERTON, KS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to lift 75lbs or more
- Transport product using a hand cart and dollies
- Verify items and quantities on packing slips, schedules, and orders and receive or ship as necessary
- Meets performance standards for quality, productivity, reliability, initiative, safety, and work relationships
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 12 months of continuous work experience is required, inventory, or warehousing experience preferred
- Background and Drug Screen required
