Sales Administrator

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Mid San Diego

Potential Temp to Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities Include:

• Creates orders and supports order management in system.
• Review purchase orders and quotes to verify part numbers and pricing accuracy to ensure orders are entered accurately.
• Answering all inquiries with Clients regarding order status, product availability and pricing as well as discussing billing and purchase orders.
• Follows up with customers to resolve any discrepancy.
• Tracks sales orders and shipments.
• Generates, maintains and distributes reports and maintains all files for back up.
• Assists with quote generation and pricing updates to support the sales team.
• Works with various departments as a communication liaison.
• Obtains required management approvals as required.
• Conducts customer follow-up surveys as required.
• First point of contact for incoming sales calls.
• Occasional travel to support Sales activities may be required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements Include:

• College degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of customer service or Sales Administrator experience required.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong in Microsoft Office. Word and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting 20 hours a week
• Walking 1-10 hours a week
• Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
• No protective clothing or equipment required

Compensation: ~ $26.00 Hr. - $30.00 DOE
