Order Entry Clerk 2025 Location: South Bay- Near San Ysidro8:15am – 4:45pm Monday – Thursday, 8am – 4:30pm on FridaysPotential Temp to Hire Responsibilities Include:· Receive and reviewing sales orders or purchase orders and entering the information into computer system, and processing.· Review order to ensure the order meets Client’s guidelines and to ensure the order does not exceed the customer's credit limit.· Keep all parties apprised of potential discrepancies in Credit approved, vs credit requested.· Enters specific instructions for shipping, credit terms or special marking of material.· Proofreads the electronically entered sales orders, for accuracy, before filing.· Matches Invoices with Orders.· When required, voids, modifies or cancels sales registers.· Run Credit Cards on the online system as needed.
