Customer Service Support AgentHours: Monday - Friday ~ 8-5p TBDPotential Temp to Hire Responsibilities Include:Incoming Calls and being the primary interface with Clients Handle inbound support calls pertaining to changing pricing, coupon offers, address changes etc and set-up information.Perform outbound calls as required for follow up to provide additional services. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.Requirements Include:Previous Call Center experience required.Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
