Customer Service Representative Potential Long-Term Location: North County Inland near Rancho BernardoHours: Monday-Friday Daytime Hours TBDRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Answer inbound calls regarding cancellations and general customer care calls (product, pricing, billing, payments, etc.)• Verify customer account information and make any necessary changes to system.• Must be able to assess any issues uncovered during the call and route the call to the appropriate group within the company.• Customer Service Representative is responsible for attempting to save the customer from cancelling by using customer care tools provided.• Properly document every call using systems provided.• Meet department call metrics and guidelines provided by Lead/Supervisor • Provide exceptional customer service REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:• 1 years customer service experience working in a Call Center Environment.• Prior experience with Client retention activities.• High attention to detail and accuracy.• Excellent communication skills – In writing and verbal. • Strong organizational skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.• Ability to organize and prioritize work.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• Sitting 20 hours a week• Walking 1-10 hours a week• Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material• No protective clothing or equipment required COMPENSATION: $22.00 - $23.00 Hr. with Monthly Spiff potential and Pay Differential for Bilingual Spanish.As a Sedona Staffing contracted employee you are eligible for the following benefits:• Medical• Dental• Vision• Short-term Disability Insurance• Life and AD&D insuranceIf qualified and interested, please respond to this job posting with your resume or you can call the Sedona San Diego office located on Treena Street.
