Are you an experienced and detail-oriented cleaner with a passion for making spaces shine? Join our growing property management company as a Professional Vacation Rental Cleaner! As a cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rental properties are clean, organized, and ready for guests to enjoy. Your efforts will contribute directly to our reputation for providing exceptional guest experiences.
We pay on a per-property basis which is generally equivalent to $100-300 per cleaning. Cleaners have the ability to create their own schedule and work flexible hours. All candidates must be dependable, trustworthy, and self-starters.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and making beds with fresh linens.
- Ensure the property is stocked with necessary amenities (e.g., toiletries, kitchen supplies, fresh towels, etc.).
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, ensuring properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, furniture) to management.
- Ensure the property is ready for new guests by meeting specified check-in and check-out times.
- Follow cleaning protocols that meet or exceed CDC cleanliness guidelines.
- Provide feedback on the condition of the property and suggest any improvements as necessary.
- Ability to install and utilize phone apps on a daily basis for task management, team communication, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience, especially with vacation rental properties or Airbnb, preferred.
- Ability to work independently and alongside other cleaners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Must have your own reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various properties in Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, and Cottonwood.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Must be available for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment are required (vacuum, mop, cleaning sprays, etc.)
- Professional, reliable, and responsible.
- Background check required.
Compensation:
- Payment is on a per-property basis (based on location and property size).
