Responsibilities:

  • Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
  • Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are well maintained with general repairs, preventative maintenance & inspections.
  • Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance as needed, including but not limited to:
    • Appliance troubleshooting
    • Cable/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
    • Basic HVAC repair
    • Light plumbing
    • Basic electrical
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team.
  • Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks by using an in-house assignment system and responding to time-sensitive maintenance needs.
  • Assist in ground maintenance and upkeep.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of previous experience in general residential maintenance.
  • Highly organized, ability to navigate software and schedule work orders.
  • The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.
  • Self-motivated and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to regularly lift over 50 lbs.
  • Applicant must be willing to work weekends, holidays and after hours.
  • Applicant must have a valid driver's license.
  • Applicant must have reliable transportation and be willing to use their own vehicle for work.
