Sedona Crystal Vortex is seeking a highly organized, people-focused Distribution Center Manager to lead inventory flow, support store operations, and guide a small team in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming product and verify against invoices
- Weigh, price, and label merchandise accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy across all stores and backstock
- Prepare and process daily store transfers
- Manage and fulfill online customer orders through the company’s e-commerce platform
- Supervise and support a small distribution team
- Keep the Distribution Center clean, organized, and efficient
- Balance store priorities while managing daily workflows
- Ongoing communication with leadership and store team
Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail operations preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of crystals and minerals, including identification and quality — essential to hands-on leadership in this role
- Ability to identify low inventory caused by sell-through and store demand, and take initiative to flag replenishment needs
- Comfortable working with and guiding a small team
- Ability to lift/move product as needed
- Shopify or similar systems experience is a plus (training provided)
