Data Management
- Record satisfaction survey outcomes received during annual functional assessments
- Select, assign and monitor deadlines of quarterly reviews to the local Quality Assurance Committee
- Record Quality Assurance Committee scoring data for preparation of trend reports
- Enter critical incidents of consumers pertaining to police involvement, hospitalizations, and cases of abuse, neglect, or exploitation in Quality Consult database
- Complete quarterly trend reports based on critical incident reporting
- Monitor mandatory training and create membership badges of Quality Assurance Committee members
- Interact with consumers and affiliate staff members when completing Community Service Provider day and residential site visits
- Document and report site visit outcomes
- Communicate with consumers to evaluate service dissatisfaction; report outcomes to appropriate QA team member
- Report to the appropriate QA team member any identified quality assurance related concern
- Monitor service expectations during site visits to Day program affiliate locations and Residential program affiliate locations
- Manage user information in Relias Learning; perform administrative duties as assigned
- Monitor compliance hotline
- Monitor active users in Relias on-line training system
- Interact with affiliates around KDADS background checks, maintaining internal resources
- Other contract compliance duties as assigned
