What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through the full sales process - from site planning to the "ready to dig" stage
• Understand customer needs, redesign floorplans for custom requests and develop tailored home proposals with detailed pricing
• Qualify buyers based on budget and land requirements
• Secure purchase contracts that meet Sedgewick Homes' standards for excellence
• Follow up proactively with prospective buyers and maintain ongoing communication
• Maintain a welcoming model home and design studio
• Actively manage leads and pipeline using our CRM system
• Collaborate with management, team members, and construction teams

Who You Are

• 1 year of sales experience required (retail or consultative sales preferred)
• Proven closer with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and an excellent communicator
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A proactive problem-solver who handles challenges with professionalism
• Honest, transparent, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to reliably work a retail schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Must be able to commute to Salisbury, NC 28144
• No real estate license required!

Schedule

Work Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)

Salisbury Model Home Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
