Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic person to support the Cloud Choice business model. This entry-level role assists with coordinating tasks, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring program activities stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and tracking project launch timelines and task lists
  • Help prepare and schedule project launch-related emails and social media posts
  • Update website pages and landing pages with launch
  • Coordinate collection of marketing assets (images, copy, approvals)
  • Support internal communications
  • Help set up webinars, virtual events, or promotional activities
  • Monitor basic performance metrics and compile simple reports
  • Provide administrative support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Position Summary

The Organizational Culture Operations Specialist supports the operational success of Organizational Culture Initiatives. This role manages logistics, communications, and coworker experience touchpoints while coordinating storytelling, recognition, and engagement across the program. The Specialist ensures smooth execution and visibility of culture efforts and plays a vital role in building community and sustaining momentum.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Culture Workshops, Debriefs, and Community of Practice events

• Manage scheduling, communications, and administrative support for program activities

• Draft and distribute communications, success stories, and leader highlights

• Curate and maintain program documentation, content libraries, and internal SharePoint sites

• Track participant feedback and qualitative insights to inform program improvements

• Support recognition and storytelling efforts that celebrate culture moments across the enterprise

• Partner with Organizational Culture and Communications teams to align messaging and materials

• Assist in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and routine reporting

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, HR, or related field

• 3 years of experience in program or product coordination, communications, or business operations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaborative platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Newsletters, Digital Communications)

Desired:

Customer Renewal Executive (CRE), you are responsible for delivering end-to-end renewal execution through partnership with Customer Success Mangers ,AE, PBM and the extended account team including Preferred Success Product Owner. You are responsible for interfacing with customers on SAP’s behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue. As part of your PS Project CRE role, you will work to convert existing Preferred Success contracts to the new PS SKUs at the time of renewal or before (early renewals/restructures) with a proactive strategic migration plan, ensuring the new customer centric portfolio GTM and strategy including all the benefits and terms related to this new preferred success SKUs and its agreement. This Proactive migration plan is targeting Q1 2026 go-live, aligned to manage the transition for the 2026–2030 PS contract horizon.

Renewal Execution Tasks:

  •  Provide end-to-end renewal execution support; maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, product portfolio and entitlement metrics, and support on transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.
  •  Leverage internal SAP networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally.
  •  Possess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions.
  •  Understand and deploy negotiation methods that are mutually beneficial to SAP and the customer.
  •  Knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.
