About this Role:

Ready to Make a Positive Impact? We’re on the hunt for a dedicated Financial Service Representative I to join our team and help us make a difference in the lives of our members, team, and community. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to guide members and prospective members through our suite of financial solutions, enhancing their financial well-being. Excellent Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator, making it easy for members to understand complex financial information, no matter the platform—be it face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing. You create a warm, welcoming environment that fosters trust and builds member loyalty with every interaction.

Executing Transactions with Precision

Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required to ensure you have the foundational skills to empower you to perform successfully in this role.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
• Available to work Saturdays so members get the support they need when it’s most convenient for them.
• You know what it takes to deliver a standout experience, and you’re ready to connect with members by understanding their needs and helping them reach their goals.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
