Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator located in Florida. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, evaluating clients’ creditworthiness, managing the loan application process, and working closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage lending process. Daily tasks include assessing financial statements, liaising with underwriters, and ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
- Skills in Finance and understanding of Loans
- Proficiency in Underwriting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and guidelines
