Summary

As an Event Security professional, you will help protect attendees, staff, and assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, you will apply core skills in incident reporting, first aid, access control, and customer service to prevent and respond to incidents. Your role includes monitoring premises with CCTV and surveillance tools, conducting background checks, and enforcing regulations. The organization expects vigilance, professionalism, and proactive communication to ensure a secure event experience for all participants.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to facilities using appropriate ID checks and clearance verification.

• Perform crowd management, patrol duties, and respond promptly to incidents; file detailed incident reports as required.

• Conduct basic first aid and CPR when necessary, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

• Operate and monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and perform routine equipment inspections.

• Maintain safety and security standards through effective loss prevention, manual handling, and customer service.

• Collaborate with law enforcement and security teams to ensure a secure environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 32.0 per week
