FIELD SUPERVISOR – SECURITY OPERATIONS
Security USA is seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional Field Supervisor to oversee security officers and support daily operations at client locations throughout the New York area.
This is a hands-on field position. The Field Supervisor will visit assigned locations, supervise officers, address staffing and performance issues, respond to client concerns, and ensure Security USA policies and site procedures are being followed.
Weekly Pay
Weekend availability and a clean, valid driver's license are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise security officers at assigned client locations
- Conduct regular site visits and post inspections
- Ensure officers are following Post Orders and company procedures
- Answer officers' questions and provide operational direction
- Train and orient newly assigned security officers
- Review security logs, incident reports, and other required documentation
- Monitor officer attendance, appearance, performance, and professionalism
- Respond to call-outs, staffing issues, and operational problems
- Respond to client requests and concerns
- Address complaints promptly and professionally
- Document performance or procedural issues and report them to management
- Assist management with maintaining consistent service standards across assigned locations
- Respond to incidents and emergencies when required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid New York State Security Guard Registration Card
- Minimum five years of security experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights when operationally required
- Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Computer literacy and ability to use electronic reporting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train, coach, and hold security officers accountable
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will be a working Field Supervisor who is comfortable being in the field, interacting with clients, inspecting posts, training officers, and addressing problems as they occur.
