What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Manager position at Security State Bank?
This position is responsible for leading, coaching, training, and growing Security Bank's community-based retail division. This position will office in Lennox, SD.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of retail banking, sales, operational efficiency and product development.
- Develop and execute a retail deposit and loan growth strategy for all locations.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to all Retail Team Members.
- Manage and coordinate all compliance audits and training.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of ten years of retail banking experience.
- Thorough knowledge of banking regulations.
- Promote Security Bank's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Regular travel to branch locations.
