Responsibilities:
- Support the banks strong relationship banking culture through ongoing client contact, quality service and product knowledge.
- Develop new business by engaging prospects and clients with sound credit decision.
- Achieve branch goals for earnings, asset quality, deposits, and non-interest income.
- Manage loan portfolios and process both large and complex loans based on loan policies and procedures.
- Lead the branch team and develop an atmosphere of open communication, unity and actively mentor staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, and/or agricultural related industry.
- Experience in agriculture and commercial lending required.
- Initiative and ability to build relationship in the community and lead branch team members.
