What are the responsibilities and job description for the ITM Specialist position at Security State Bank & Trust?
Position Summary:
The ITM Specialist provides a wide variety of banking services to both internal and external customers while utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Provide quality customer service experiences including efficient and accurate transaction processing while assessing customer needs and providing information on bank products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Emulate SSB&T Core Values
- Complete daily reports as assigned
- Perform research and print/mail notices
- Assist customers with remote transaction requests and provide quality customer service
- Refer customers to other banking products/services
- Answer general banking questions
- Perform overall balancing
- Troubleshooting
- Provide miscellaneous support for various items such as stop payments, address changes, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or General Education Degree(GED)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Must be versatile and able to multi-task
- Must be a team player
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and organization are a must
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills
