Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for medical examinations and procedures
- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist Providers with tasks during patient visits
- Perform routine laboratory tests and collect specimens as instructed
- Administer medications and injections under the supervision of Clinical Lead and/or Educational Coordinator
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation
- Maintains nursing stations and examination areas in a manner consistent with OSHA standards.
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Exhibits a high degree of courtesy and poise when interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Perform X-Ray and EKG (training is provided)
- Assist Occupational Medicine staff with Urine Specimens as needed
- Performs other related duties assigned by management

- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Frequently required to walk, sit, and stand
- Occasionally exposed to bloodborne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials
- Occasionally required to travel for training purposes and attend at least two community clinic events each year.
