Job Skills / Requirements
We are recruiting for EXPERIENCED unarmed Security officers in the Montgomery, AL area.
- Must have one year or more of stable security experience**
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER**
- Ensuring all required tasks are completely correctly and professionally.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures regarding the inmates are documented and followed as instructed.
- Ensure all documentations are noted correctly and legibly.
- Follow the company attendance policies and procedures.
- 2nd Shift 1400-2200 Off Wed and Thurs
- 2nd Shift 1400-2200 Off Mon and Tuesday
- Swing shift :
- 1400-2200 Mon-Tues 2nd shift,
- 2200-0600 Wed, Thurs, and Fri 3rd shift OFF Sat and Sun
- 3rd Shift 2200-0600 Off Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat
- Hospital Setting
- 8 Hour Shifts
- Supervising inmates receiving medical care/treatments
- $18.00 per hour
- Pay Bi-weekly
- Weekend availability is required
- MUST HAVE UNARMED ASRB
- MUST be 21 years old
- Must be neat in appearance, grooming and hygiene.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background investigation.
- Must have reliable transportation and phone.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ensures and enforces all laws, rules, and policies within his/her scope of authority.
- Military and/or Law Enforcement experience preferred but not required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or provide documentation allowing residency and authorization to work.
- Must provide a High Level of Customer Service
- Some basic computer knowledge.
