Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Guard at our Fabens, TX location. Daily responsibilities include monitoring property to deter unauthorized activity, ensuring the safety of personnel and visitors, and responding promptly to emergencies or security incidents. The Security Guard will also maintain accurate records, conduct regular patrols, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Experience in physical security, personnel security, or private security practices.
- Proficiency in customer service and a commitment to providing a positive experience for clients and visitors.
- Ability to stay alert and attentive to detail while performing patrols or monitoring access points.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; security training or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in security roles or law enforcement is advantageous but not essential.
- Must possess a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
