Operations ManagerWe are currently seeking a qualified Operations Manager to join our team in Sweetwater, Fl. The ideal candidate will be 21 years of age or older, a U.S. Citizen, and have a neat appearance. In addition, the candidate must be able to pass a drug screening and background investigation, have reliable transportation and phone, possess a Florida Class D License and, maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Responsibilities:Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employeesCommunicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributionsPlan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and proceduresContribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trendsDevelop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shippingAnalyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changesMaintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulationsManage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenuesResponsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employeesRun a safe, injury/accident free workplaceManage relationships with key operations vendorsCommunicate client issues with management team and devise ways of improving the client experience, including resolving problems and complaintsWork closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.Requirements:21 years of age or olderU.S. CitizenNeat appearancePass a drug screeningPass a background investigationHave reliable transportation and smartphoneFlorida Class D LicenseProfessional demeanor2 year's experience in Public Safety (or related) industry.
