Security Risk Advisors (SRA) is looking for a Manager, Project Operations & PSA (Professional Services Automation) to join its Business Operations Team. The Manager, Project Operations & PSA, will be the subject matter expert for SRA’s PSA software, which is currently BigTime (formerly Projector).
This role is responsible for supporting the operational success of SRA’s consulting and managed services engagements by overseeing project governance, resource planning, operational reporting, and administration of SRA’s PSA platform. While not directly responsible for delivering client engagements, this role ensures projects are accurately planned, staffed, budgeted, tracked, and reported, enabling delivery teams and leadership to make informed business decisions.
This position serves as the primary owner of SRA’s PSA platform and related operational processes, driving data integrity, process consistency, resource visibility, and continuous improvement across the organization. The Manager partners closely with service leaders, project managers, finance, and executive leadership to improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, project health, and overall business performance.

Essential Functions

- Manage and mentor one direct report, including prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Establish operational standards and governance for PSA usage across the organization.
- Drive operational maturity and process optimization initiatives related to project delivery and staffing.
- Lead PSA enhancement initiatives, integrations, and automation efforts.
- Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as escalation point for PSA and project operations process issues.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for SRA’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) software, currently BigTime (formerly Projector) including but not limited to set-up, permissions, reporting, and the like.
- Primarily responsible for project data management within PSA software, including project details, budget, and staffing.
- Partner with Contracts Team to translate MSAs, SOWs, and change orders into usable, consistent information in PSA software.
- Support delivery teams (both consultants and internal project managers) on proper use of PSA software including conducting training others in best practices.
- Assist service line project managers with staffing, budgeting, and project changes as needed.
- Assist leadership with accurate project management data hygiene enforcement.
- Work with Chief Client Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Internal Operations on PSA software and related process needs, as they arise.
Supervisory Responsibility
Manage and mentor one direct report responsible for PSA administration and/or project operations support functions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Our ideal candidate would live within commuting distance of our Philadelphia office and be able to come into the office to work occasionally.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

- 5 years’ project, program, or operations management experience in any industry.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Experience in the professional services industry a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with PSA software (BigTime, Kantata) a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with APIs a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with PowerBI a plus but not required.
