Customer service, professionalism, excellent verbal skills, and report-writing skills are required.

This is an unarmed, uniformed position.

Unarmed Security Officer Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; and permitting entry
• Obtain assistance by sounding alarms
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Maintain the environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
• Maintain the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

Lifting, surveillance skills, dealing with uncertainty, judgment, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, safety management, professionalism, and reporting skills.

Applicants Must Have

• Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Texas PSB security license in hand
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone
• Fluency in English
• Must be drug-free (Drug-Free Workplace)
• Ability to submit to a criminal background check
• MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Clean driving record
