Field Supervisor

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc (C13489) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our team of field workers in the San Antonio area. The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all field operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, and that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Security Officer Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises.

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Obtains help by sounding alarms.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all field operations, including work orders, time sheets, and equipment maintenance logs
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Applicants Must Have:

• Must have a Level II Non-Commissioned (Unarmed) or a Level III Commissioned (Armed) TX PSB security license in hand
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a working cell phone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English
• Be drug-free. We are a Drug-Free Workplace
• Submit to a criminal background check
