Job Summary
Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented individual to work assisting in operating and selling units at our busy facilities in Full time relief – San Pablo Friday and Saturday, Richmond Sundays and Monday with a possible 5th day as needed.
Compensation and Perks
- $19 per hour
- $10-$20 for every storage unit rented on days you work alone, which we estimate to equate to an additional $1.00 -$2.00 per hour – bringing the combined potential equivalent compensation to between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour.

- You will receive six paid holidays per year – including the day off: New Years’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
- We offer a 401(k) plan whereby the company matches employee contributions up to 4% of their total wages. You are eligible to participate in the 401(k) after 1 year of employment.
Duties
- Oversight of all day-to-day operations
- Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems and professionally
- Effectively sells storage units to telephone, walk-in, and email inquiries by employing the methods within our Call Flow Guidelines
- Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner
- Reduces delinquent accounts through telephone, text, and email contact
- Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout that facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways, and disposing of debris
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales and marketing experience or mindset
- Passion for interacting with the public
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient with technology including CRMs, web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous property management experience is a plus
