Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily security activities across the site, including vehicle and foot patrol.
- Lead security personnel in performing incident report writing, conflict de-escalation, and conflict management to ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders.
- Report writing.
- Train security staff.
Qualifications
- Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Must have 5 years armed security experience and 1 year supervisor experience.
