What You’ll Do
Build Relationships & Make an Impact
- Connect with customers to understand their financial goals through meaningful conversations and proactive outreach
- Provide tailored banking solutions—including loans, credit cards, and investment options
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving issues quickly and ensuring every interaction is accurate and positive
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and attract new customers
- Partner with Mortgage, Commercial, and Wealth Management teams to provide comprehensive solutions
- Contribute to team success by achieving and exceeding performance goals
- Stay current on our full suite of banking products and services
- Process and underwrite retail loan applications while ensuring compliance with policies
- Make sound lending decisions aligned with Consumer Lending Policy and your authority level

What Makes You a Great Fit
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a combination of experience, drive, and a commitment to excellence:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of banking, lending, or underwriting experience
- A strong customer-first mindset, with experience in service and business development
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Comfort working across multiple systems and tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt as needs evolve

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
