YOUR OPPORTUNITY: MORTGAGE LOAN CLOSER
As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you’ll take mortgage loans from final approval through closing. You’ll ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for a successful closing experience.
You’ll coordinate closely with Loan Officers, title companies, and third parties to finalize loan details, prepare closing packages, and ensure every loan gets to the finish line smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare Loans for Closing
- Review clear-to-close mortgage files for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CDs) prior to issuance
- Ensure final loan terms and documentation align with approvals and guidelines
- Coordinate with title/escrow companies, Loan Officers, and processors to ensure smooth closings
- Prepare final closing figures and communicate details to all parties involved
- Schedule closings and ensure all documentation is ready
- Prepare closing packages and documentation to meet all compliance requirements
- Coordinate funding and final documentation with escrow/title companies
- Independently resolve closing issues quickly to protect deadlines and ensure successful closings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Experience in mortgage closing, funding, or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple loans in a deadline-driven environment
- High level of accuracy and accountability
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
