Security Monster is a Eugene-based low-voltage security integrator with over 21 years in the industry, specializing in cloud-managed video surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarm systems from top-tier brands like Avigilon Alta, Verkada, Rhombus, Brivo, and DMP.

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be the engine behind our sales pipeline managing inbound leads, driving outbound prospecting, and keeping opportunities moving from first contact to scheduled site survey. If you're organized, persuasive on the phone, and love the satisfaction of a clean, well-managed CRM pipeline, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right sales rep or schedule site surveys
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email across commercial, multi-site, and institutional customers
• Follow up on open quotes and proposals, keeping Salesforce accurate and current
• Schedule and confirm site survey appointments with field reps and coordinate technician availability
• Maintain complete, accurate account, contact, and opportunity records in Salesforce
• Support quote and proposal prep alongside the Sales Manager
• Bring pipeline updates and lead status to daily/weekly sales meetings
• Build working knowledge of our core security platforms

What You'll Need

Required:

• 1–2 years of inside sales, sales development, or B2B/service-based customer service experience
• A track record of managing outbound call and email activity with measurable results
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred; other CRM platforms considered)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Oregon driver's license

Preferred:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
• Background in security, low-voltage, fire/life safety, or tech services (we'll train you if not!)
• Familiarity with cloud-based security platforms like Verkada, Rhombus, or Avigilon Alta
